MORE REMINDERS
Vehicles may not be parked on the street overnight.
Unregistered vehicles may not be stored on your property. The proper place for them is either in the Towne Point Storage Yard, or off the premises.
It is the owner’s responsibility to keep the property in reasonably clean and neat condition. The condition of any one lot affects the property values of all. Landlords please note: the ultimate responsibility to the Towne Point Owners Association for yard appearance is the owner’s, not the tenant’s.
SETBACKS
There has been some confusion about setbacks – in one place it specifies 10 feet from front or back. In another it specifies 5 feet. The architecture committee of one has determined that 10 feet applies to major construction (ie a manufactured home) whereas 5 feet would apply to a garden shed. Please bear that in mind when applying for a permit.
NEW: If you have taken a trip, or have photos you would like to share, please contact Eleanor. Any topic is fair game – a pet, a show, a yard. Just email Eleanor at tpoa@olympus.net and put “topic of interest” in the subject line.
This past year PSE has upgraded the electrical feed to many homes in the Towne Point I area. This summer we will review the condition of the areas affected by the construction. Roads committee approved an overlay on Victoria Avenue in Towne Point I this last year and this budget year will address sink holes which have been identified.
