I. Call to Order at 5:03pm
The following were present: Jim Watson-Gove, Anne Unbedacht, Larry Costello, Earl Boroughf, Herb Payson, and Gary Felder.

II. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Jim Watson-Gove read the October board meeting's minutes. Motion to accept minutes as read. Seconded. Approved.

III. Committee Reports

A. TREASURER'S/MANAGER'S REPORT - Anne Unbedacht
Balance Sheet- $86,600 Total in Checking/Savings (includes CDs)

Profit/Loss Budget vs. Actual- Anne projects that we should be on budget for 2009.

Anne reported that most dues have been paid for the year.

B. Newsletter
Anne reported that the newsletter deadline is Tuesday, November 10. We will be meeting on Friday, November 20 at 10:30am to get them ready for delivery. Please come and help if you can.

C. ARCHITECTURAL - Herb Payson
Herb reported that the Joan Best (2070 Victoria) issue is resolved. The city requires a driveway apron on its streets, but since TP roads do not belong to the city, an apron is not required.
The illegally parked car at 2062 Victoria has been moved.

D. FACILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION - Gary Felder
The storage area needs weed whacking.

E. NOMINATING AND HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE - Earl Boroughf
The Christmas party will be on Saturday, December 12at 4pm and the tree will be decorated on Tuesday, December 8th after coffee.
