III. Committee Reports

A. TREASURERS/MANAGERS REPORT - Anne Unbedacht

We are on budget.

Clubhouse rentals, we have a lot of openings. It costs $35.00 the first time you rent it.

If any member ever has any questions about the budget or the finances, feel free to stop by the office at any time to talk with Anne about it. She is happy to share reports/ info with any Association member as it is 'your' money.

B. ARCHITECTURAL - Herb Payson

The 'free' area between 2050-2052 has recently been locked due to loitering. We will be looking into that at the next meeting.

As far as parking issues, we have a few remaining problems regarding parking, such as 7 vehicles parked on one property by one owner.  We will be working on those issues in the upcoming meetings.

At this point, we have no language in the CCRs that deal with many/multiple vehicles by one owner, and that may be something we need to look into in the future.

C. FACILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION - Gary Felder

Storage yard looks good, not too wet.

D. NOMINATING AND HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE - Earl Boroughf

Reminder that we will be hosting the first annual Towne Point tennis tournament this August. The date has not yet been set.

Band rehearsals every Tuesday night.

Reminder that there is a coffee hour every Tuesday a.m.

E.  ROADS - Jim Watson-Gove

Roads have been sealed and striped. Work came in close to bids and the work looks good.

The Road Plan- we are trying to a little bit of road work each year as we see where it is necessary instead of "big" work all at one time.

Newsletter- we are making an attempt to put out the newsletter more often. With that, it is hoped to increase interest and participation.

Discussion about the cost of mailing the newsletter. Long discussion ensued and many opposing views shared. Decision to table the discussion until next meeting.

F. GROUNDS- Penny King

Brush cutting is on-going. Work has been done on the brush cutting near the tennis court green space access. Another green space is blocked by mailboxes and pampas grass.

Penny updated membership about the fine details of the landscaping work that has been done.
