List of Rules

Appearance of Property.

The residence and/or lot shall be kept in a neat and attractive manner. The roof, fences and exterior of premises shall be kept in a good state of repair and condition.
Grass shall be cut regularly, trees, shrubs and trees pruned and weeds controlled at all times.
Driveways and parking areas shall be kept in good repair and free of weeds.

Signs.

No signs shall be placed on Towne Point property without the written approval of the Board of Directors or their agent. Real estate, garage sale and political signs may be placed only on the owner’s property and must be removed in a timely fashion when no longer needed.

Parking.  

Property owners must provide off-street parking for all vehicles, boats and trailers and Recreational Vehicles in the household. Parking on the street is prohibited at all times
R. V.’s over 20’ must be approved for parking on the property. Un-approved and vehicles 27’ or longer must be kept in the storage area.
No unlicensed or inoperable vehicles may be kept on the premises. The Board may permit a legitimate restoration to proceed with a time limit. This permission may be revoked at any time.  
Guests may park on the street during daylight hours only.
No overnight guest parking or overnight R.V. parking on the street without permission from the Board of Directors or their agent.

Noise.

The City of Port Townsend Municipal Code Chapter 9.09.010, .015, .020, .030, .040, .045, .050, .060, .070, and .080, or as amended, shall apply to nuisance noises of all kinds, including animals.

Negligent driving, failure to use care and caution.

The speed limit in Towne Point is 15 m.p.h.

Additional Dwelling Units.

No one may live in an un-permitted A.D.U.
No one may live in a Recreational Vehicle in Towne Point without permission from the Board of Directors or their agent. Permission will include a time limit.

Home Business       
Only licensed Home Business’s may operate in Towne Point.




Rental properties.

A written agreement shall exist between the Board of Directors and the property owner each time the property is rented.  The Board may require eviction of troublesome tenants.
The Owner is responsible for all violations incurred   by his/her renters and all renters are to be given a copy of the Rules and Regulations.
