Clubhouse Rental Rules and Information
1) Members in good standing of the Towne Point Owners Association may rent the clubhouse. All reservations are on a first come first serve basis.

3) The Association is not responsible for accidents or injury sustained while using the Clubhouse or actions on or off the premises resulting from the use of drugs or alcohol.
4) Maximum occupancy of the Clubhouse is 100 persons. There are about 16 tables and 58 chairs available.
5) The Clubhouse must be vacated by 11:00pm.
6) All trash generated during the rental must be removed from the clubhouse and disposed of by the renter.
7) If coffee pots and utensils are used they must be washed with soap and water, rinsed well, and returned to their proper places. Appliances should be cleaned and the kitchen must be left clean and tidy and locked before leaving.
8) The pool table is for adults 18 years of age and over. Children between 13 and 18 years old may use the table if a responsible adult is playing with them.
9) Any music played should be kept at a reasonable volume.
10) No Overnight Sleeping is allowed in the Clubhouse.
11) Close all windows before leaving and set the thermostat at 60 degrees.
12) Bathrooms must be checked and left in a sanitary condition.
13) All tables and chairs must be returned to proper location.
14) Please be sure to lock the door and turn out the lights when you leave.
15) Cleaning deposit will be refunded upon inspection after the event. Inspection will include review of the carpet condition (spot cleaning if needed, vacuumed) and floor condition (mopped or swept). If partial or full retention of the cleaning deposit is requested by the manager, three board members and the manager will review the clubhouse condition and decide upon the retention amount.
16) Renters, you are reminded others use the clubhouse after your event. “Bring it in, take it out.”
