Game Notes:
I really blew it last time. Due to the issue being late (and no maps), I e-mailed results and maps to the players. Russia received Austria's map! We've decided to abandon this game, shuffle the deck and redeal. However, Dave McCrumb declined the opportunity to start over, so Tim Lurz has joined the game in Dave's place. Same game (Fog, predictive adjustments, DIAS, Black press), almost the same game name, differnt places(!), slightly different Miller Number. Again, please accept my apologies for messing up your game. Please remember to submit conditional autumn retreats and conditional winter adjustments with your Fall 1903 orders.

News from the Board
Bart-Edmund Fitzgerald:  I'm having a lot of problems following the progress of this game in your zine. It's seems you keep fogetting to include a map, or even a listing, of unit positions. No wonder there is no press. These guys must not have a clue what's happening here either. I'm sure this is just an oversight on your part and that it will be quickly corrected. Thank you.
EF-Denny:  Yeah, Bart, that's it. Maps have been a bit of a problem here, lately. I've spoken to the management, and they've reassured me that every effort will be expended in future to ensure that accuracy prevails and all clues will be distributed in their proper places, and only to their proper places.
Bart-Skokomish:  You guys don't have a clue, right?
EF-Denny:  Err, ... Unfortunately, one of them received too many clues...
Bart-Edmund Fitzgerald:  Please, please never say, "...they blew their collective wads..." in reference to this group again. It is an ugly, ugly mental vision I never wish to have revisited upon me. Thank you.
EF-Bart:  Keep your ugly mental visions to yourself, and everyone (else) will be ok.
Bart-Skokomish:  You guys didn't blow your collective wads, right?
EF-Don:  You want to tell him?
