Off the Map X 7

This is where I give you a map, or portion thereof, and you name the territory that the map represents. It could be anywhere off the world (or on it)!
Last time, we visited the sleepy town of Copacabana, Bolivia, on the shores of Lake Titicaca via lonely planet's South America on a shoestring. The numbered locations are (or at least, they were in 1986, the date of our edition):
