Here's what's up for this spring!
Garden Construction!
We are creating (or attempting to create) a fenced garden for our enjoyment (not the wildlife). The kids have all been here working the weekends to make it happen, and it's taking shape. It's been great having them here, working them hard and feeding them well. Sitting around the campfire listening to the waves lap the shoreline, the fire crackling, the frogs croaking and the coyote howling (we'll I could do without the coyote)! As we get closer watch for photos. The kids want a christening once it's done- they want to celebrate its completion since they have worked so hard on the project!

Bought a boat we did. Now we're ramping up for crabbing and fishing and all around messing about in boats.

One of my crazy projects is a grandfather (Paula style) for our entry way! So far the idea is in my head (scary place) and I am starting to collect the needed materials to start. Keep checking back on my progress (or lack thereof).
I'm starting an art project to go with our new garden. I'm looking for various game pieces, like checkers, monopoly pieces, chess, jacks, etc. all items will be considered. If you have any such items or are just a junky for garage sales, pick some stuff up for me and i'll use it in the art piece.
