4:30 - 6 pm - Public viewing of finalists' proposals
6 pm - Finalists present to public (15-20 min each)

$20,000 will be awarded for all costs of the project: design, materials, fabrication, and installation (1% of the eligible capital budget for construction, the amount mandated for public art.) In addition, each finalist will receive $300 for the expense of preparing a detailed proposal. There is no money available for travel.
