TIME: OPEN 7 am to 9 pm daily.
(Closed Christmas,Thanksgiving and New Years Day)
DIRECTIONS: Follow Highway 104 from the Hood Canal Bridge. Exit RIGHT at Hwy. 19 (Port Townsend). Hwy. 19 becomes Hwy. 20 2.5 miles south of Port Townsend. Continue in to Port Townsend on the highway. Subway is on the left across from the ferry entrance at the stop light. Park your car in the lot on the right or on the street, after passing the ferry entrance. Walk across to Subway to register. Please no parking in the limited Subway lot. Restrooms available. Ask for the walk box.
You must drive to North Beach County Park to begin this walk.
ROUTE: Enjoy the series of Cappy Trails through residential areas of Port Townsend. This walk also includes a visit to several of the Batteries on Artillery Hill in Fort Worden. The 5 km option in entirely in Fort Worden State Park and is okay for baby joggers.
