• Monthly meetings of the DRMT are usually held on the second Wednesday of each month from 2:00-5:00 PM at the Dungeness River Audubon Center.  Please check the EVENTS CALENDAR for actual date and time.  The meetings are open to the public.  An AGENDA will be posted prior to the monthly meeting.

Dungeness River Management Team

Monthly Meeting Dates and Vice Chair Rotation

January ~ December 2011

Regular meetings of the Dungeness River Management Team are scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month.  Scott Chitwood, of the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe is the 2011 DRMT Chair.  The rotating Vice Chair for each meeting date is listed in the chart below.  The duties for the Vice Chair are as follows:

•  Take over the meeting if the Chairperson is not in attendance, or portions of the meeting where the Chairperson wants to participate extensively in the discussion.

•  Be responsible for keeping time of the Agenda items.

Unless notified otherwise, DRMT meetings will be held in the Dungeness River Audubon Center at Railroad Bridge Park from 2:00 P.M. ~ 5:00 P.M.  Occasionally, time changes and field trips may occur in place of meetings.  Please contact Shawn Hines at shines@jamestowntribe.org or 360-681-4664 to confirm meeting time and place. 

In the case of inclement weather, a decision of whether to hold the meeting will be made by 10:00 A.M. the day of the scheduled meeting.  We will attempt to promptly notify members of any cancellation, but please call ahead if you want to be sure of the meeting time and place.
