Alison Donsky
Interventional Infusion Team Manager Seattle and North
As part of the Overturf Family and the CoMedical Management Team, Alison has worn many hats at CoMedical from janitor to warehouse support to customer service. She graduated with a degree in business from the University of Washington. In 1995 Alison became a member of the sales team and headed up the Vascular Access Team. She is currently Team Leader for the Interventional Infusion Team and maintains direct sales responsibility in Western Washington. Alison, husband Joe and their two daughters, Charlotte and Anna, live in Seattle.
Molly Dennehy
Interventional Infusion Team Seattle and South
Molly is a graduate of the University of Alabama, with a B.S. in Finance. Her 10 years of experience in the healthcare field include sales and education of both disposable medical products and capital equipment. Previously, Molly has worked for B Braun and Horizon Medical. Building strong customer relationships is Molly's focus, as she believes good communication is the best way to find solutions for positive patient outcomes. Although she grew up in the south, Molly enjoys all the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer. In her spare time, you'll either find her running around northeast Seattle, or skiing Crystal Mtn. with her husband, Brian and their two children, Nolan and Quinn."
Tach Ohr
Interventional Infusion Team Oregon, SW Washington, SW Idaho
Tach graduated from Boise State University with a B.A. in Elementary Education. He is still passionate about education and feels the same gratification by providing services and solutions to health care professionals. Tach has been in the medical/pharmaceutical sales arena for 9 years, 5 of which has been with CoMedical. He covers multiple areas within the hospitals which include IV Therapy, Oncology, CathLabs, Interventional Radiology, EP Labs, and Infection Control. In his spare time Tach enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, son, daughter and yellow lab.
Mark McCarthy
Surgery/Anesthesia Team Seattle and North
Mark is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He brings over nine years of sales experience most recently with Johnson & Johnson for the past four years. He is responsible for selling Surgery/ Anesthesia products into key accounts in Western Washington. Mark focuses on listening to the customer and providing solution based customer service. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. Mark was born and raised in the Seattle area and takes advantage of the outdoor sports in the Northwest.
Jay Arroyo
Surgery/Anesthesia Team Seattle and South, SW Idaho
Jay is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas - Manila, Philippines with a B.A in Economics. Prior to moving to the US in 2004 he had worked for the Health Imaging Division of Kodak calling on direct hospital accounts and managing distributors. He also has a medical device and bio-pharmaceutical sales background, having worked as a District Manager for the Critical Care Division of Cook Medical and most recently as a Hospital Surgical Specialist for Pfizer. Jay is passionate about providing excellent Customer Service. He also believes that being a Clinical Resource by providing effective solutions is important in building relationships. In his spare time you can find Jay busy cooking Filipino dishes. He also enjoys weekend road trips with his wife Dina and daughter Andie.
Chris Birbiglia
Surgery/Anesthesia Team Oregon, SW Washington
Chris is a proud graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to CoMedical, Chris has 7 years of sales experience working in the OR and ICU serving the needs of patients in Oregon, Idaho and Washington. His motto with Healthcare providers is simple…put the patient first. Chris serves the Oregon and SW Washington region selling Surgery/Anesthesia products. A native Hoosier, Chris is a passionate sports fan whose hobbies include golf, photography and cooking. He currently resides in Portland Oregon with his wife Laura and their cat Luna.
Kelli Waclawski
Respiratory Critical Care Team Western Washington
Kelli graduated from the University of Arizona with a business degree specializing in Marketing & Finance. She brings over 6 years of sales experience from both the B2B world and the healthcare industry, having covered WA and Northern ID for Bard Women's Health. She is responsible for selling CoMedical's Respiratory and Critical Care solutions in Western Washington. She is passionate about getting to know her customers and being a trusted advisor to them – focusing on helping them provide better care for their patients. Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, Kelli enjoys making the most of all the activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including skiing, hiking, running, & boating. She is also an avid soccer player and enjoys spending her free time with her significant other Chris and their black lab Lucy.
Sean Oelke
Respiratory Critical Care Team Oregon, SW Washington
Sean is a graduate of Ferris State University (Michigan) with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. After graduating Sean excelled in careers as a Law Enforcement Officer and athletic trainer, but found his true calling to be medical sales. He is very passionate about having the ability to help health care providers give a better solution to care for their patients. In his spare time he enjoys teaching Kettlebells classes, playing organized soccer and spending time with his family and dogs. Sean his wife, Jill, and their little girl, Sydney live in Portland, Oregon.
Jake Headlee

Jake is a graduate of Eastern Washington University. He enjoys his career in sales and customer service and is passionate about partnering with healthcare professionals to better care for their patients. Jake spends most of his spare time getting outside and playing with his family and black Lab, “Diesel.” Jake keeps a fishing rod in the back of his trunk in case there is an opportunity to get outside while working in E. Washington, N. Idaho and Montana.
Blake Stepp

Blake graduated from Gonzaga University with a business management degree. He played basketball for Gonzaga and following college he spent several years playing professional basketball both in the U.S. and overseas before settling into his role at Comedical. He enjoys the day to day interaction with his customers and partnering with them to find ways to improve patient outcomes. He has spent his whole life in the northwest after growing up in Eugene, OR. He currently resides in Spokane, WA with his wife Ashley. They love spending time with family and their two lab’s Nala and Zoey.
Joe Riggs
Interventional Infusion Team, Surgery / Anesthesia Team & Respiratory Critical Care Team Alaska
Joe moved to Alaska in 1992 after he decided to make a summer adventure part of his lifestyle. Already a paramedic for 4 years, he became a firefighter/paramedic for the Fairbanks Fire Dept. In 1996 he moved to the Mat-Su and then Anchorage where he started, grew, and sold a successful financial services firm. Joe also holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is currently working towards his MBA in Global Finance. Joe has hands on experience with both patient care and running a business; his focus is to help our customers improve both sides of the healthcare equation. Joe lives the year round Alaskan lifestyle. Besides hunting and fishing, Joe enjoys and guides a variety of outdoor activities such as expedition sea kayaking, backcountry snowboarding, ice climbing, and has climbed Denali (Mt. McKinley) via three different routes. When not out guiding a backcountry expedition, Joe tries to enjoy as much adventure time as possible with his wife Amber and his young son Ryker.

Mike is a graduate of Eastern Washington University, with a B.S. in Exercise Science. He has over 10 years of experience in the Healthcare field. Mike was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Gonzaga University for 6 years. Mike loves living in Hawaii and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with his wife Nicole and their two children Ana and Gabe.
