What is Knowledge Weaving? Knowledge Weaving is an approach to systemic educational change which: supports the daily work of people in schools enables their know-how and individual advances in practice to be continually shaped into explicit organizational knowledge that increases the capacity of the district to progressively improve. It creates a durable technology and process infrastructure, and creates a continually growing knowledge base that represents and embodies the district's growing capacity.
